This Partner Program Policy outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Duels+ Partner Program (the "Program"). By becoming a partner with Duels+, you agree to abide by this policy.
Duels+ is run by an unincorporated team and is not operated through a registered company. References to "we" or "us" refer to the individuals operating the Service. Duels+ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hypixel Inc. or Mojang Studios/Microsoft.
1. Partner Program Overview
The Duels+ Partner Program allows content creators, streamers, and community members to earn revenue by promoting Duels+ to their audience.
2. Creator Codes
2.1 What Are Creator Codes?
Creator codes are promotional codes distributed by Duels+ partners to their audience. Partners receive a unique creator code that grants both themselves and customers benefits through the subscription ecosystem. When a customer uses a creator code to purchase a subscription:
- 10% of the purchase price is credited to the partner's earnings.
- The customer receives a 10% discount on their purchase.
2.2 Creator Code Management

2.3 Payouts
Partner earnings are accumulated in your Tebex Wallet based on purchases through your creator code. Payout terms, minimum thresholds, and payment methods are governed by Tebex's payment policies and are subject to Tebex's terms of service.
3. Earnings
Creator codes can be used with all purchases. The following table outlines the subscription pricing, customer discounts, and creator earnings:

For each purchase made through a creator code, the partner receives 10% of the base price as earnings, while the customer receives an equivalent 10% discount.
4. Obligations
Partners in the Duels+ Partner Program are expected to maintain the highest standards of conduct. Partners agree to:
- Truthful Marketing: Promote Duels+ with accuracy and integrity. All claims regarding features, benefits, or terms must be factually correct and substantiated.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies in all jurisdictions where your audience is located.
- Ethical Conduct: Refrain from spamming, harassment, manipulation, or coercive tactics in promoting creator codes.
- Brand Integrity: Use Duels+ branding, logos, and assets only as explicitly authorized. Partners must accurately represent their relationship with Duels+ without implying affiliation beyond the Partner Program.
- Third-Party Compliance: Adhere to all terms and conditions imposed by Tebex, payment processors, and any other third-party services integral to the Program.
5. Prohibited Activities
Partners must not engage in any of the following: artificially inflating purchases or using fraud to generate earnings; purchasing subscriptions through their own creator code to generate earnings; sharing creator codes with non-affiliated third parties without permission; using misleading marketing tactics or false claims to promote subscriptions; and violating the terms of service of Duels+, Tebex, or any other third-party service involved in the Program.
6. Coupon Codes
Duels+ may distribute coupon codes to partners for promotional purposes. Use of coupon codes is at Duels+'s discretion and is subject to the following:
- Coupon codes may be used for specific promotions or events.
- Coupon codes do not generate partner earnings.
- Partners must use coupon codes only as directed by Duels+.
- Abuse of coupon codes (such as bulk purchasing or reselling) will result in revocation of the code and removal from the Program.

7. Payment Processing
All payments related to the Partner Program, including partner earnings and customer transactions, are processed by Tebex. Duels+ does not handle payment information directly. By participating in the Program, you agree to Tebex's privacy policy (https://checkout.tebex.io/privacy) and terms of service (https://checkout.tebex.io/terms).
8. Data and Privacy
Partner information may be collected and stored by Duels+ and Tebex to administer the Program. This information is subject to the Duels+ Privacy Policy and Tebex's privacy policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties outside of what is necessary for payment processing.
9. Suspension and Termination
Duels+ reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partner's participation in the Program at any time if: the partner violates any provision of this policy; the partner engages in fraudulent or abusive activity; the partner violates the terms of service of Duels+, Tebex, or any other service involved in the Program; or we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the Program or its users.
Upon termination, the partner's creator code will be deactivated, and no further earnings will accrue.
10. Guarantee of Earnings
Participation in the Partner Program does not guarantee any minimum earnings. The amount partners earn depends entirely on how many customers use their creator code to purchase subscriptions. Duels+ makes no representations about potential earnings.
11. Changes to This Program
Duels+ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Partner Program at any time. Material changes to this policy will be announced to partners with reasonable notice when practical.
